“This prompt both annoyed and inspired me. I’ve been working on finding a new direction for my art, painting mostly, for a while now. I was quite excited to try that out on my ME day but then when I got the prompt, it took me backwards, made me think of what I’ve already accumulated rather than what I’m going towards. So this is a glimpse into my Collections, the heaping piles of studies, sketches, supplies – and yarn. So. Much. Yarn.”
