When thinking about my imperfections, the one that stood out to me presently is my anxiety/mental health. It can come out of nowhere and completely affect me in various facets. All these words over the kettlebells are what I battle with internally and are what hold a weight on me. Overall my anxiety is an imperfection that I’m trying to wrestle with in navigating my everyday life, my relationships with others, and most importantly with myself.
